Here is a simple ginger-garlic-turmeric tea to boost your immunity:
Ginger has the active compound gingerol that has analgesic, sedative, antipyretic and antibacterial properties. Along with boosting immunity, ginger aids digestion promotes gut health and eases joint pain. It also helps in fighting cold and flu.

Garlic doesn’t just add aroma to the dish but also is rich in essential nutrients. Garlic is high in sulphur and has antibiotic properties. It helps promote digestion and flush out the toxins from the body. It prevents one from getting cold and flu. ‘

Turmeric has been used for ages for its medicinal properties. It is a storehouse of several nutrients. It includes the active compound called curcumin and has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It helps ward off cold and flu, aids digestion, detox the liver and strengthens immunity.

2 garlic cloves

Half-inch ginger
Half-inch law turmeric or half teaspoon turmeric powder
1.5 cup of water
Step 1: Make the paste of ginger, garlic and turmeric using little water.

Step 2: Boil water and add the paste to it. Boil everything for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Strain the tea in a cup and add some honey and lemon to enhance the taste.
